If I use anti-perspirant on my armpits, I will just sweat more some where else. Usually face/forehead or under breasts (soaking wet bra = ick, uncomfortable). I take medications which contain cautions during hot weather, so I drink lots of water. This morning at work I took a break, drank 20 oz. water, and when I went back to work the sweat was running in my eyes. I work indoors. Don't mind wet underarms, as long as doesn't stink. There are deodorants that contain Baking Soda which are good and some people even use vinegar and say it works. Also Health Food Stores handle what you need, that are natural etc.

Try using a CRYSTAL from a healthfood store, or organic store. I soak my crystal in a container of pure mountain water, (obtained locally from Queensland, Australia) for a day or so, then transfer this into a spray bottle. It will not stop you from perspiring but will allow you to perspire without the odour. I use it all over my body, especially in the summer, hotter months, and we get quite a few over here in Queensland. Everything else on the market contain all manner of toxic chemicals, which as you say make you smell worse. You can spray under your breasts, actually all over your body. Your work shirts are probably your worst enemy at present, and probably made from polyester, which makes you sweat. The toxins from the shirt are actually going into your bloodstream when you reach a certain temperature. All synthetic materials do this. Good luck, you may have to change jobs or talk your boss letting you wear cotton or linen.

Are you looking for a specific kind of deoderant? What kinds of meds are you on that caution you regarding drinking "extra"?? water? Washing up using an anti-bacterial soap can help a lot with keeping the bacteria count low on your skin which is what causes the "odor" ...the sweat itself has no odor until bacteria feed and multiply on your skin.
