gateway 4536 laptop lost signal. book says somethin about on/off. have never seenit. any help?

More information please! Were you using your wireless connection, or were you physically connected to the internet?

You might have accidentally disabled your wireless system or your Bluetooth radio. Look for a symbol on your taskbar with a red X through it. Click on it, and it will tell you how to turn it back on.
