Ohwiseone-- If someone didn't this world would be in worst shape than it is in now.Think about it.Someone would say I want that store and take it and who would do anything about it. Or I want to own that car and drive off with it. No police, because there would be no need for them.Lawlessness.

A Judge. Yes, a legal Judge has the rights to do that. Many times they're right and many times they're wrong. And yet we continue to appoint judges in our legal system.

in legal systems like north america and other parts of the world, the judge didn't want the pressure of being wrong, so he decided why not get a bunch of other laymen idiots to decide the fate of others based on their actions; hence the jury.

in the end, it doesn't matter who judges you, as long as you don't judge anyone else. Even it if means life sentence. It is not the life here you need to address, but the life hereafter that needs preparation for!

Ohwiseone,
There is an interesting story in the Old Testament, Book of Samuel, I believe. The Jews have become jealous of the surrounding nations, because those nations have men for kings. The Jews have God for their king, but they cannot see Him, or show Him to the other nations. Despite the excellent job He has done of leading and caring for them, they insist on having a man for a king. Because they will not relent, God finally gives in, and grants them a mortal to lead their nation. As He does so, He warns them of what is to come. The men who shall rule over you, will take a portion of all your goods, and take your children for servants and soldiers. They shall throw you into prisons, and take your lives whenever they choose. He didn't die, but He did put us in charge of ourselves. I don't know about you, but I am ready to take Him back as King, and have done so in my life. He's got my back, and my loyalty.

(Who sadly had to swap Silver for an elephant, a bag of oranges and a bunch of grapes. Apparently the bad guys had him over a barrel.
