you are talking on the phone with someone else and he or she is talking dirty to you, making you touch yourself in certain places or telling you what he or she is doing to him/herself. Its just soppose to put a picture in your head. Imagine it all happening and touching yourself (getting yourself off) is basically it. The other persons voice is to help you out...to think your not alone!
