First your period is late or unusually light. You may have breast tenderness. Other than that, it is usually a few weeks before morning sickness kicks in. Not everyone has "Symptoms." My sister had a light period for the first 4 months...If you think you might be, then stay away from alchohol, cigarettes etc and get a home test. If it comes back negative and you still don't have your period 2-3 weeks later, see your doctor.
Note: If you are asking here, you are probably young. Talk to your mom.

Just save yourself a lot of anxiety and get yourself a two pack of pregnancy tests. If you have already missed your period use one. Most tests aren't very accurate until after you miss your period. Whatever the results, wait another few days and if your period does not come, take the second test. If you're still not sure at this point (and of course if you come up positive) go see a doctor or visit a clinic. Hope the results are what you want.

The biggest: you missed your period.
2. You are very tired even though you slept through the night.
3. You are getting very sick through out the day or after eating you feel naseous.
You should always get your doctor in the loop as soon as you think you are pregnant. Because if right after it is confirmed that you are pregnant before you see an OB doctor you have problems your doctor can help you.

heightened sense of smell, tender breasts, moodier than usual, trust your intuition. Some women don't even miss a period, a friend of mine did not find out she was pregnant until she was 6 months!!! She had a period of some kind and no other signs. Good luck!!!

Well... these are just symptoms that potentially could be other things... But, frequent urination, increased appetite, darkening of the aereolas, fatigue, breast tenderness... take a test, and see a doctor...

When I was early on in my pregnancy I was very tired and always nauseous. I got a lot of headaches. Oh and your breast might seem bigger/smaller but usually always tender.
