Or is it to drying?

Yes, it is fine for sensitive skin (I used to work for the company that makes it). That being said, there are other soaps that are better for sensitive skin including Aveeno, Almay, Dove & Clinique. Almay & Clinique customize by skin type, too (oily, normal/combo, dry skin).

By the way, it's 99 44/100 pure (not 99%)

It may be (because of its purity without all those perfumes and deodorants put into so many soaps), but it is more likely to dry out your skin. I have sensitive skin and I find that most types of baby bath or body wash/soap works the best for me.

If you want to try a "sensitive skin" brand of soap, I find that Dove Sensitive works pretty well.

For most people, yes...I am a rare breed...I am allergic to Ivory soap. Neutragena (spelled phonetically..because I can't spell it, and I am presently out!) is probably your best bet. Olay also makes a good product....or you could skip soap altogether and try a gentle body wash for sensitive skin.

It's one of the best because it lacks harsh perfumes. Something better is Johnson's Baby Soap or shampoo. Baby skin is very sensitive, and many adults use this to combat itching and rashes.
