Do alot of crunches, eat healthy, drop your salt intake, and to lots of aerobic exercise. Salt makes you retain water and hides the cut you may have acheived with lot's of crunches.

A six pack begins in the kitchen so if you're not eating properly you need to start. And believe it or not it has more to do with you eating cleaner than it does with the amount of crunches you do. I know a lot of people in here probably disagree but hey. My advise to you would be to start some research go to a site called Irontrybe it's a forum you can post questions like this and get very knowledgable answers from motivating people who have been there and done that.

The first thing you must do is make sure that your diet is good. Are you eating healthy? Are you consuming a lot of refined grains or sugars? Both of these promote obesity and will go straight to your gut. The abdominal area is the first one to get the weight in men because of how they are built. I would recommend sticking to or starting a whole-body exercise routine to help strengthen the rest of your body and encourage a boost in metabolism. Study some basic nutrition and make sure you're eating right. The answer to this is an all encompassing one because it's hard to get rid of the fat in that area with just crunches alone.

Some of us have to do nothing, others have to earn it! LMAO
Crunches are good, but not the only thing necessary. Lay on the bench in reverse with your legs over the top, and your back on the bench, Reverse Incline. Get a 25lb weight, and do sit ups. 5 reps of about 15-20 at a time to start, and then increase later on as you see fit. Eat high protein, low fatty foods, and doing some cardio excersises can help as well. Most of all, not everyone gets them naturally, and some have to really work to get them. As for me, well, I do nothing. It's natural, and I'm not talking about natural lite.

More crunches, and lay off the fatty foods that add fat around the midsection. 6-pack abs take a whole lot of work and discipline.

the answer is not in the gym. It's in the kitchen. Watch your diet. Having a low body fat percentage will reveal your abs. Do some cardio (HITT - google it), watch your fat intake, etc. go to bodybuilding.com for more info.
