go for a walk or something and just starta conversation smilar, and then once he's into it, tell him how you feel.

just ask him to hang round with u, go for a walk as suggested bofore by the previous answerer then let out your feeling in a carecull manner minding what u say and taking it slow and study then if u can gather up some courage give him a gentle kiss on the cheek for staters lol. Good Luck.
