Hey I know how you feel. My last computer overheated to 70'c and kept restarting by itself soooooooo...
I took out my hardrives, cd-rom etc, took my pc outside, fetched my aluminium baseball bat and started teaching it a lesson. It felt so good so you should definetly try it.
Remember, no mercy.......... hit hard

I would say donate it(the tower, etc.) to a school or library or something. Some computer places will fix up older computer and donate them to places like drop in shelters, The United Way, churches, schools, etc. Doing this will help out people who are less fortunate than you. Just a thought, and no, I'm not saying give it to me.

If you really wanted to be rid of it you could use it as a boat anchor, if you have a boat, or sell it for scrap metal and ask if you can observe it being melted.

Oooh! I love questions like these! There are soo many ways to destroy stuff, let's see...You could throw it out your window....won't work too well if you have a one level house...so climb up to the roof and throw it off from there. Or driving on the highway... while you are driving (or have a friend with you) have you or the friend throw the computer out of the car. Then back into it ,run over it a million times, and then spit on it. Or you can drill it to death, sledgehammers are fun too. Set it on fire, have a bonfire with s'mores. Good luck, have fun, and be safe!

our city has a recycling center specifically for old computers/printers and computer equipment... maybe yours does too. Call your local town hall or waste removal dept. They take the computers and ship them off to a place where they salvage old parts and sell them or rebuild computers from used parts.

If you are saving the hard drive, then you don't need to worry about keeping the info there out of others hands. I've seen websites where you can make things out of the dead computer. Check this out.

Office Space style. If you haven't seen it, rent it before you destroy the computer. Just don't do anything like that to your monitor, if the tube collapses, dangerous fragments shoot in every direction.

It's best to recycle, since I think you can, but otherwise...

To derive the most pleasure from destroying something, try something direct, like using a hammer.
