I have a rabbit and his name is Wilbur. It was my father's idea. He decided to name him likewise, because when dad was a boy (about my age), he really loved Goofy (Walt Disney character). And there was this episode, where Goofy has a pet. A cricket, actually. That helps him to fish. And this cricket name was Wilbur. So, that name never left my father's memory.

Oh, Wilbur is SO CUTE!!!! He's like a brother to me. And he has such a ridiculous face! Everyone who has a rabbit must know what it feels like. I absolutely LOVE rabbits!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

TGG'R...came to us as friends were unable to keep him b/c their new condo allowed no pets. He was a rescue for them named Oliver...he's a precious orange tabby like the ones on the commercials you see on TV. Orange with a white place under his mouth.........the Morris type. New home, new name! I thought of TGG'R but didn't want a regular spelling..he bounds and leaps around like he has a spring hence the name. He answered to it the first time I called him though my daughter of 30 months has always called him TT!!! He will answer to just those names.

We where going to call the pup we got 5 years ago Heida, but she just didnt come to that name,so we started calling her baby, when we wanted her to do something ya know good baby, so her titled name is Baby-Girl!And she really knows that name, but you let a complete stranger try to call her,and she growls at themand walks away from them like saying what right do ya have using my name! She really has a sweet temperment, but she doesnt like to be pushed, she's the boss of this pack,so to speak. she's a good whatch dog, and she just loves little kids but not bikes, theres some kids in our neighborhood that ride by the house and stop and tease her, so that now when they ride by the house she starts to growl at them, Ive already talked to the kids parents about it,and warned them if it continues I'll report it to the police dept, for antaginizing my animal cause I dont want her to become mean to little kids.

My dog is Ranger because...it just fit, somehow. The other dog is Snickers because her previous owner had always wanted a dog named either Snickers or Matt, and since she was a dark brown and white girl...My fish is Bubbles because, according to my sister, due to the fact that he has a bubble wand in his tank, it is fitting. My possum is Ricky because it....fit, and the other possum is Lucy because I bred her with Ricky:) The milksnake is Monty because of Monty Python, and the gecko is blayzee for no apparent reason. The cat is Gracie because she is gray:)

"Harley'... he is a pug....you would think that all guys want a Harley...motorcycle... not my hubby this is the only 'Harley' he ever wants to own.... plus it is a mean sounding name for such a wus dog...heehee Officially on his papers he is known as:
Tong Harley Nan Kan Ha
Since he is a Chinese Pug we used Chinese words to name him. Translated...
Red Harley "Ugly Pug"
We did this because when he was whelped the breeder put a red piece of yarn on him, Harley...you know that from above and well everyone knows pugs are ugly.....[we dont really think so]

And 'Goofy' -our cat got his name when he was a kitten he was real clumsy due to his 7 toes on each front paw- they were as big as the rest of him , anyway his claws would catch on the carpet while he was running and then he'd flip over... it was funny to see .One day this happened and I said "cat you are so goofy..." and it stuck.

Labrador Retriever - Female
Kenzie Raven
We named her Kenzie because it was a very unusual name and Raven because she is all black and the kids really like the Disney show "That's So Raven"
