Totally true. But not just bees, anything. Scientists are actually giving it a second test in the lab because they tried on a human and it worked. You don't age when your frozen.

Oh, you mean a magnifying glass! I don't know about the glass, but defrosting some bugs does work. My sister was collecting specimens for her biology courses and she'd freeze them so they'd still look good for pinning. If they'd been in the freezer for less than an hour, sometimes they DID defrost and fly/crawl around again. Some were bees, and one was an unfortunate butterfly who'd been pinned before it regained consciousness...Eew!

I once read that Ben Franklin drowned flies in wine, then watched them 'come back to life' when they dried out. It inspired him. He wanted to be pickled in wine when he died.

Didn't happen, though. But the bee thing should work.

Never heard of a manifine glass. I don't think there is such a thing in fact. So I would say it's not true.

i've done it with a housefly...
i put it in a little plastic container and froze it for about 10 minutes.
i took it out after that, put some salt in there, and shook it a little and the fly was moving again.
Tasty too...

I heard that it is true but I don't remember the source of that information, so I wouldn't carve it in stone BUT I think it's true.

I doubt it. But it isn't gonna hurt to try, so go for it. Interesting Science Fair project, if it works.
