Buckle.
I'm 5'11 and it is the best store for extra long jeans.
Prices range from $50-65, so if that is not your idea of inexpensive, another place to try is Plato's Closet. I don't know if there's a lot of those around, though.
They have a lot of Hollister, Express, White House/Black Market, etc. and prices for some jeans can range from $15 - 40.

My mom is really tall, and she probably wouldn't want to spend like 500 on jeans, so she said the Gap would be a really good place, although i wouldn't bet my life on it, they probably would have a good variety of jeans, and i don't think that they would be super expensive.

if you're looking for tall and slim Jacob is a good place.
The Gap always has osom variety in its jeans, too (i get all my jeans from there)

I am 5'7' and have purchased jeans at various stores and have found a couple good pairs at Target and Sears I believe. Depends on the brand, but its worth a try.

JC Penny's is pretty good. You can always get good deals to if you buy more than one pair or if they are having a sell - or both.
