Tap-con screws will do the work. Buy a 3/16" concrete drill bit and 1/4" screws. Just drill a hole and screw the Tap-con. Better to use hex head screws, but they come Philips head also.

Use masonry anchors. Drill proper size holes in the mortar joints between the bricks and install the anchors, making certain they are snug. Fasten the holder into the anchors with the proper size screws.

Masonary bit on an electric drill then use metal anchors (lead would be good but plastic ones work too) and then use zinc-plated or brass screws sized to work with the anchors... home depot is your friend

Use concrete anchors screws. Drill a your holes smaller than the diameter of the screw with a masonary bit. And then screw them in.

Don't mount it on the brick, use a facial, trim board, column, anything but the brick.

biker is on the right path,, they make different anchors for just about anything,, plastic for light stuff,, lead for heavier objects etc,, tell your local hardware person what you are doing and they will give you the right stuff, and like biker says,, drill,, insert,, and screw!!

Either use mollies intended for masonry, or use tap-con screws, either way you need a hammer drill.
