Ankle length skirts never look good with anything. What do you have, scabby legs or something? And those high tops belong on a man playing basketball. How dowdy can you get? Are you entering an ugly contest or something? I'm nominating you for a serious fashion makeover.

ok. i'm a 13 year old preppy lady, so i'm good at this. So, first, bypass to abercrombie and fitch, hollister, american eagle, and different shops like bloomingdales, because you won't be able to bypass incorrect there. I especialy reccomend Abercrombie and Fitch and Hollister, because basicly each little thing is superb, so that you do not might want to be stricken about whats preppy and whats no longer. attempt to gown in dazzling hues. some essentail products are some positive lacoste collared shirts, and a cable knit polo sweater. Splurge on a positive, small, coach bag, and a positive burberry, or different beautiful scarf. Get some consumer-friendly products like chesnut uggs, puma shoes, havianna turn flops, and mettalic apartments. some upload-ons may be some J. crew headbands and clips, some beautiful inexpensive necklaces from Claires, a positive weekend tote from Victorias secret, some brilliant lip gloss, and a tiffanys or juicy couture charm braclet. continuously layer your outfits with quite some BRIGHTLY colored tanks/undershirts, and placed on outfits with a tremendous kind of colour, matching nicely. Get your hair shrink in a layered form

Sneakers do not go with any type of skirt or dress. Wear shorts or pants if you want to wear sneakers.
Besides, you plan on playing some basketball in that skirt? :)
IMO, high-cut sneakers are the ugliest footwear on the planet. I'm embarrased that I ever owned a pair.

No it will not look cute at all. High top converse should never be worn with skirts, only jeans. For every shoe, there is a rule on how and with what it should be worn. Except for heels, they look good with everything, and I mean EVERYTHING.

It isn't great, but it can work. If you like it and feel good in it, then just wear it. Converses in my opinion look better with short skirts.
