They just love their team as much as we love the Yankees, that's all!
I don't think the Sox s**k and neither do their fans.
Wouldn't it be boring if we had no one to fight with?

Sure, in the past those Yankees have been able to buy themselves championships, but their reign of terror has come to an end! The Red Sox have a more recent world series trophy, and in the process of winning it we completely humiliated the Yankees. The Yankees' farm system is not up to snuff, they can't just keep buying aging players who have proven themselves in the past. They have no spirit, so even if they do have 13 times the WS wins (which they don't, the Sox have won more than 2, they were just all before 1918), the Sox have AT LEAST 13 times as much heart, and love of the game in their wins.
Besides, Sox fans are happy because we are loyal and our loyalty over the years finally paid off. Yankees fans are fair-weather friends. After a few more years of loses, half of their north Jersey fans will suddenly claim to have aways been Mets fans.

Red Sox fans think they are the greatest because they have stuck with their team, but the Yanks have had bad years too. They're just jealous because the yanks are so much better.

Since when did "so much better" mean not making the playoffs if they were tommorow. When was the last time the Yankees allowed 5 hits in 2 games?

my e-mail address is comptonktcbandit@yahoo.com ,the yanks have a tendency of going for old guys,it always feels that any player that goes to yanks gets injured,some get over-paid by yanks,yanks should trade gary.its not all the yankees fault that players r scared of playing in n.y,they cant handle the pressure,it is da toughfest place to play in the u.s.a.

to be honest with you the yankees and red sox both suck.. they both have huge payrolls and therefore should be winning all the world series even though this is not the case..

Simple boston hasn't won one in so long that they don't know how to act as winners, champions have been there before winners don't know how to act when they get there. Chicago also hasn't been there before but at least they act like champions except for ozzie but he's just a retard, so thats why boston fans are bragging they don't know how to act.
