Rickman directed the play "My Name is Rachel Corrie" in April of 2005 in London. Starting on 15 October 2006, the play will show in New York City at the Minetta Lane Theater in Greenwich Village. It will run for 48 shows, ending on 19 November 2006.
He's also in England filming the 5th installment of Harry Potter. It's due out in 2007.

He's directing "My Name is Rachel Corrie." It's based upon the writings of Rachel Corrie. It's playing at the Galway Arts Festival in Ireland, and in Scotland throughout August. I know it's playing the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. On October 5th it is scheduled to open at the Minetta Lane Theatre in New York, and at the Seattle Repertory Theatre in March 2007.
