Jute rugs are woven and so any cleaning product you try to spot clean with will run right through to the flooring below it.

If you can't take it outside and force water and cleaner over the stain, you'll need to put something under it first to protect the floor.

Try using a plastic bag and several layers of terry towels to protect the floor underneath and try ordinary laundry soap or dish soap with cold water.

Good luck.

Put shout on it and dab up. Or better yet if it is washable put shout on it and throw it in the washer.
