I.E. Certain Policies of his you agree or disagree with. I don't want to hear from idiots who watch 'The Daily Show', think they know ALL ABOUT George W. Bush based on the simple learnings of a ridiculous half hour comedy show, and decide to hate GWB based on little or no actual factual information. Shame on you.

I don't know him so I don't have an opinion on liking him; I do have an opinion on his actions as President. Besides the war, which he deceived us into starting, I seriously resent the position he seems to espouse that the President alone can determine the law of the land.

Article I of our Constitution outlines the duties and responsibilities of Congress, and Mr. Bush, who's position is defined in Article II, has chosen to relegate the people's representatives to second class status, which most Republican lawmakers have been willing or have been coerced into accepting. This is a terrible development, and in keeping with a conservative interpretation of the founders' intent would indicate that the primary(Article I) check was that of the legislature to reign in the (Article II)executive.

He has avoided allowing the Supreme Court to rule on questionable activity, which is amply demonstrated filing charges against a detainee by the A.G. when they knew they'd lose in court for not doing so; and by still losing after the Pres. replaced two SC justices . Also, by ignoring the FISA court's duty to provide oversight for his actions that seem to violate rights guaranteed to us as citizens.

He's is a Constitutional nightmare.

What does all of this say about the advisers he has chosen, all of whom seem to be able to come up with legal justifications for illegal actions? Are they all stupid, or just compelled to agree?

Sounds like the way things happen in dictatorships.

I obviously dislike him for the man he is and his policies, but most of all, for his attempts to mix State and Church. If that happens, we can all expect to see a theocratic government like the one in Iran. Scary.... The problem with Bush is his blatant ignorance on every single issue. And after all, what good has he done during his Presidency??Nothing. The only reason people like him is that he "appears" to be strong. But that is an illusion. He claimed with great arrogance that the mission was accomplished in Iraq weeks before the insurgency flamed up. At least a smart President would say he was wrong and try to correct himself. This President stubbornly believes he his right when all the facts show that he is wrong. That is pretty scary to me...His stubborness (ignorance) might get us all killed. Oh, and to all those Bush-supporters who believe in saving all Americans, what's up with the pay-as-you-go evacuation deal from Lebanon???I guess the Republicans haven't made enough money in Iraq that they need to charge Americans before evacuating them to safety. Disgraceful...

I do not agree with his presidency.

1. He lied about Iraq having WMD so that we would go to war. I have a lot of friends over there risking their lives for that lie.
2. He tends to try to bring religion into the government rhelm. I am a religious person, and I go to church with my family every Sunday, but you can't use the reason "because it's a sin" to make something illegal or make a law against something (homosexuals, for example).
3. He again tries to overturn Roe v. Wade when again all he has is his religious beliefs. All he will succeed in doing is causing a lot of deaths due to illegal abortions.
4. Money that should go to education is going elsewhere.
5. Hurricane Katrina - need we say more?
6. The leak of a CIA undercover operative, ruining her career. Don't tell me that isn't his fault. The ones blamed for it are the "fall guys".
7. Just sounding very uneducated. I would understand if he at least sounded like the "every man", but he just sounds plain dumb. Not my idea of the most powerful man in the free world.
8. I just don't agree with what he stands for.

He does a lot of things I disagree with, like the iraq war, i think that it is pointless, becasue there really is no solving Iraqs problems, there are far too many and now it is even more chaotic. I think he is a bit of an idiot, but so are most of our presidents. I wish he would do more for the environment. I dont really like him that much for those reasons

I am a liberal and do like how he is committed to fighting the war on terror. I don't agree with his methods, but sometimes you have to ask "What should we do". No one has the right answer to that. I honestly do not like him mostly based on that I firmly believe in the separation of church and state. Bush has wrapped his arms around the far right for political purposes. I believe in Jesus and living a Christian life and feel he needs to be a part of all of our lives, but not part of our political system.

Bush is awesome. I like him and I believe he's a very good leader.

He doesn't take crap from anyone. If someone attacks us with terrorism, he'll bomb the hell out of them. If someone threatens us, he'll see their threat and raise it.
He doesn't back down and he's not afraid to take a stand for what he believes in. That's the kind of person I respect.

Sure, he lies, but think about it: what politician doesn't? That's just the way it is.

Bush is great and so was his Dad.
He's no Reagan or Lincoln, but he's still great in my book.

I just cant come up with one good quality. One more bad one though. I hate cheats and liers and gw seems to be the king.

Certain Policies I agree with such as:

Backing Israel, and his stand on Stem Cell reaserch.

However, he also has some serious problems:

the main one is that He fabricated 9/11 (There is a TON of proof out there that he did it go to: http://www.loosechange911.com and click on "watch the video")

i ask your self how lots of people who declare Bush lied and hence they have uncontrollable hatred in direction of him genuinely sense the comparable way approximately Clinton, who replace into shown to be a liar. no person has shown that Bush lied approximately something, yet that doesn't end them from asserting he's a liar. it is psychotic habit. i'm continuously intrigued what proportion ignorant human beings have such pent up hatred that could desire to be directed at somebody. they do no longer seem to care concerning to the fact, yet they suspect the lies the media feeds them it is meant to create this hatred. it is stunning, yet particularly unhappy somewhat. i assume it is extra uncomplicated to hate somebody once you're unaware of the data.
