I would like to explain to my Beagle that the world is not out to get him. I would try to keep future stress out of his little beagle life by trying to explain what thunder is, that most other dogs really want to be his friend and that he should chill out when meeting them. I would explain to him about what a car can really do to him if he goes in the road, so he understands why it is off limits. I would also explain to him how the master must work to keep a roof over his doggie head, so he knows I don't leave him home alone just to be mean.
I would ask him what his favorite dog food is, what his favorite park is, why he has to howl at everything new he sees. Our pets already know we love them, there is no reason to tell them that!

I would want to talk to my dog and explain to him what thunder is and that it isnt the end of the world neither are fireworks. Then I would also explain to him that he has no need to be so afraid of strangers because I wont allow them to hurt him, then I would make him promise to never fight with other male dogs, and make him swear to never run away off the leash even if he sees a rabbit or something so that I could let him walk without a leash and not be worried about him taking off after a deer (the MNR shoots any dogs running deer) Thats all ! Idont need to say I love him he already knows that without words...
Wow I read Chris' answer after posting this and it is nearly the same as mine!! Our dogs and us must be alot alike!!

Id have to set her straight about the whole NOT having to come in the bathroom when I go pee & that I WILL come back out as soon as Im finished & that its not necessary to whine at the door & try to see underneath to see if Im still there or if I magically dissappeared!!! Also find out WHY ON EARTH she mus pee on the floor when no one is home, she doesnt do it very often but it would be SO great if we could talk it out & come to a solution to this VERY BAD habit shes started!! And the BIG MYSTERY Id LOVE to figure out ois why she must HOLD HER POOP??? When you go outside just GO TO THE BAHTROOM!!! She gets too excited about breakfast ot whatever & WONT GO!!! This cant be healthy & is VERY Annoying when she goes on the floor & I KNOW she was just out & didnt go!!! Also Id like to get her views on our life & household & ya know kinda hear her input give her mine & we could work out some of our differences of opinions so ALL could be peacefull!!!

I`d explain how much we love her,and thank her for being so very fond of us, but then I would just have to make it clear to her, why she must understand one "important thing" about humans, and that is we don`t like it when our little doggie friends bite us and other people, "especially children", and let her know that it will not be tolerated. Reason I`d have this little talk with my little extended family member, is because she is a barker & biter.

I would tell my dog to please stop messing in the house and to stop scratching so much. She is getting very expensive to treat for skin allergies. I would tell the fish that they are darned lucky to be here, 'cause if it had been my husband, he would probably have flushed them when my dad died. I would tell the cat thank you for eating all the flies and ask her if one food is better than the other for not creating stinky poos. I would ask the hermit crab why all his other "buds" died. I would ask the fish in the outside pond how the heck they survived the winter in the pond. I would ask the frogs why they ran away. (At least I think they ran away!)

Apart from finding out why all cats vomit on the carpet instead of a tile floor, I would want all my cats to know that rides in the car are a special treat, and to be enjoyed, not feared.
Also, hissing, spitting catfights are to be avoided after lights out at night.

I would tell my iguana to stop laying around and if it hits me or scratches me one more time i'm gunna curb stomp it.....
I would tell my pomeranian to stop sleeping all day and stop being so cowardly....
I would tell my fish to stop eating the same thing over and over again when they've already discovered they can't eat it or they don't like it. Pretty stupid sometimes...had guppies way back when I started into fish and they'd eat their own poop, spit it out, and do it about 80 times in a row.
Too many animals to talk to >.<. Ah heck, i'm glad they can't talk back or anything like that....they'd probably kick me in the shin and start cussing me out for putting them in a tank or cage :P

The most important thing of course... That God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son.
Of course based on the idea that he understands everything.

I would ask all of my pets what it is like to be them. I would tell my guinnea pig, Brownie to stop scratching so hard because he scratches off his hair. I would ask my cat, Fluffy why she scrathes and bites me when I just want to hold her. I would want to ask my fish,Blueraspberry,(he is a betta) why it is in his nature to want to fight. I would ask all of them do they get board a lot.
