Wow, now that the entire Yahoo! Answers knows you'll be sure to get many gifts, e-cards, letters and much celebration. I think you should both, tell them- and let them have their fun. You won't be the center of attention; that's for sure. I will be!!!!! I'll be 4 years younger than you next month. OK, half a century is a much more significant milestone, but I exceeded my life expectancy by four and half decades. No problem. I will gladly share the virtual spotlight with you.

Your pic of dobbie is soooo cute!!!! Back 2 your question, If u tell them of course the're gonna make a big deal about it. But why should u hide it celebrate life. Your lucky God has blessed u to live so long. Relax take it in. Don't be embarrased. u gotta celebrate!!!!
