Create your own with free audio software, the Sound Recorder installed in Windows is nifty, but you will probably have to convert the WAV file to MP3. You can do that with a program like 'Switch', which is free. You can probably get a free text-speech application also, for spoken 'tones'. Making a ringtone mixer with Visual Basic for example is easy, so is text-speech.

I've never bought or downloaded a ring-tone and never will.

please dont use jamster. im sorry but there isnt. and if you do get a free one. you have just subscribe to a monthly download service. only the first is free but if you get that first one, it atomatically subscribes you.
