Every month I get 1-3 PMS pimples, they aren't like regular pimples, they are huge, they hurt, & they're filled with water, not pus. I leave them alone, but they hurt, & they're an eyesore. Does anyone know a cure? Prevention? I see my soap stars have them every month too, so I know it's not just me, I feel worse for them on their close up scenes. I've tried products, but none work, please help!!!!

To get rid of pimples - you have to be sure that you won't touch them or poke them or hurt them... if not they will result to scarring your face or wherever you get them.

To get rid of pimples:

1. Wash your face with a gentle soap or cleanser - make sure that you wash your face regularly with this. For store bought cleansers you are unsure of, check any ingredients if you are allergic to any of them.

2. Use a toner - a toner is a liquid used for removing excess dirt soaps can't reach. It cleans the outside of the skin not the inside - and if you feel a hot sensation, it closes the pores which is important (so dirt doesn't go in them).

3. If you use cosmetics, use a water-based cosmetic. This allows your skin to breathe. Do not use oil-based because they tend to clog up pores.

4. If you have acne which you want to get rid of in a matter of days - use a product called Benzoyl Peroxide (ex. PanOxyl). It is not embarassing to buy this products - this products can boost your self-esteem! This may dry your face a bit but it works fast especially on pimples (especially the red ones). It is absorbed by the skin and kills the bacteria in the acne. You won't get a clear skin overnight but with continuous use, you will get a better looking face!

5. Do not get stressed, sleep late - this will contribute to acne growth.

6. Be concerned with your diet - this will not cure the acne on the outside but on the inside. Try vegetables rich in Vitamin A, Vitamin D and Vitamin E.

If all else fails - try going to the dermatologist and see what he/she can assist you with your problem.

Hope that this helps. Good Day! Ü
