The only thing I've found to help me is talking to someone. Not necessarily about what is bothering me, but about anything. T.v. shows, Bush and Cheney, the price of gas.. just getting my mind off my problems for that few min or something..

Well. . . I usually take a nice long bubble bath with your favorite chill out music on. . . that always relieves some stress of that day.

ride my bike, ice skate, exercise in general. Sing.
Anything physical and at the same time, emotional (like dancing) really does it for me. Even ice skating is like that when I skate to music.
