There are a couple of good answers above. NONE of which involves getting along with the bf. If your mother won't listen to you and won't protect you, go to you school counselor, a trusted teacher, a minister, or priest and tell them you want to talk to child protection social worker. If that doesn't work, message me, tell me where you are,a phone number and someone you can call. Do not delay. His behavior will not get better.

Sounds like he has crossed the line of what is appropriate with you and your friends and you must tell you mom what is happening and how uncomfortable he is making you feel. Your mom may not be aware of what is going on because she is too emotionally involved with him so you must tell her how you feel. If she is not willing to listen or ignores how you feel, if you have a good relationship with your dad, you should let him know how you are feeling. Your mom may be blind to what's happening because her b.f. may be very good at deception and fooling her into believing his intentions are good when they are not. There are a lot of sick people out there who will purposely date women with children so they can have access to you. If you can't talk to either of your parents, talk to an older brother or sister, a school counselor, an adult relative that you trust, or any adult who has authority...a policeman if you have no other options. I think your mom's b.f. is abusing you and you need to not feel so helpless and put a stop to it NOW! xox

Tell him that you do not appreciate the lack of respect he is showing you.

Tell him that you do not want to be tickled by him and you do not appreciate this unwelcomed invasion of your body.

Tell him anytime he touches you. Embarrass him if you have to by calling him out whenever he tries to tickle you. Let him know that you expect to be respected and you don't want any physical contact.

That said, try to determine if he is truly a good man. You mom deserves to be happy. If he is a good man, he does deserve a chance to be at least a friend to you.

Good luck.

That is sad, and you just "Think" your mom trust him 100%, but I think she knows what's going on, she just doesn't want to admit it and ignores the signs (she is in denial), maybe because she is desperate for a Man!! All women know the behavior of their own man, ESPECIALLY if it is with their own Daughter!!! Trust me God gave woman this instinct, we were born with it!! This man is LOSER and is taking advantage of you and your mom!! Somebody needs to the adult and Stand Up!! and say Something!!! You need to seek outside help (y'all both need help!!), sorry to hear this!!
Good Luck!!

OMG Yeah! Defanitly tell your mom. If she's lik e "Oh it's ust because he really likes you!" Just talk to her. Tell her "No mom. I don't like or trust him. My friends don't either. Mom. PLEASE. Listen to me. Don't blow me off saying its all ok." Just bite her for it till she does something. And if she wont, then keep a diary type thing and after about a month, show her evreything you've wrote [AKA- write EVERYTHING he does...it;'s ok to exagerate a lil :P]
Good luck and I'm sorry you have to have this problem! :(

Listen, this guy obviosly has a serious problem, and i seriously suggest talking to your mom about it. The problem with that is there is a 65% chance she won't comfront him about it so you should tell him yourself to back off.
