No! Where did you hear that?! It just makes the blood from the rest of your body rush to your head and if you do it long enough it will cause a headache

Philosophy of Yoga say you rejuvenate when you stay a few minutes upside-down. Maybe it's the source of that idea...

Anyway, you'd rather get a better brain every day, by : doing many different things, learning new things, eating well, talk to people, do sports and so on. The more you use it, the more you think better :)

I think it would rush the blood to your head and would probably distract you from doing any really good thinking. Also, why is this is in the Study Abroad Section...are you in a country where they are asking you to do this? Strange...yay the cultural differences, lo they be many.

No, it just makes the blood rush to your head--so that there's the possibly of passing out when you right yourself.

Never heard that one. But nutritionists say, eating peanuts, protein-rich diets, water every hour, oatmeal, fish/tuna/salmon (omega whatever in it).
