do i have a right to yell at the comapy or sue them?
what do u do in that kind of situation?

Call another plumbing company and be clear with them about when (what window of time) their guy will show up. Some may not be able to give you an answer (don't no how long the previously scheduled jobs will take), but you can keep calling other firms.

Sue? No. He didn't show, you didn't pay them, you'll never call them again. End of story. Bad manners, bad customer relations, bad business, but not a federal offense.

Did the plumber give you a time he'd be there? Or did he give you one of those "I'll be there between 9 and 12"? I wouldn't sue, I wouldn't yell, but I would tell them that MY time is worth something too, and they just lost a customer, and might even turn them in to the better business bureau http://www.bbb.org

It's pretty extreme to sue. I would just call another company.
