I need to make a 4 min public service annoumcement for a Scholarship contest. And I really could use any advice on how to go about doing that. The Deadline is Aug. 14.

Check with radio, TV, and the newspapers. Sometimes they will give away air time or paper space and a public benefit. You won't know until you ask.
