Is it just ADT? or are all security alarm custormer services so bad and rude when something happens and it is their fault??!!!
my alarm didn't go off when someone broke into my place. I called ADT, and they told me that the alarm works perfectly fine and it happened because alarm was not on!!
what the F#$)@%&#(%*@)(%!!!!
What is the point to have an alarm system when the system doesn't work and it's NOT their fault??
I heard that ADT is a big company. I guess the name might be big, inside is all rotten!

I'm so sorry about your break in, but ADT is a big company. is it located in or near your town or city, if not, look for more local companies with service guys handy. Most big companies don't even have regular service employees they hire contractors to service and install their equipment. Ask about this when looking into home security companies. I was one of these contractors, ran a good service. But one bad thief of an employee killed me in this business. He had a fake SS # and ID, but the three companies I contracted for pulled their business from me. If they hie contractors look to your local Better Business Bureau to check them out. Just because a company is big doesn't mean it'll give good service, but, in fact, ADT did the only thing it could do, check the system when you reported it. It apparently worked then, too late for you, but it worked upon checking. Again, sorry for your loss.

I chose my company by who was manning the phones at 8:45 in the morning-- I know, goofy reason. ADT did not answer-- nor did several of the other big companies.
I have a local company that has been really responsive.
