Where I live there is a requirement to test your cars emmisions, to make sure it doesn't polute too much, called air care. I want to make sure I pass. Will it help me to put methyl hydrate (stove fuel) in the gas tank?

No, all it will do is ruin your fuel system. Most car makers discourage the use of the chemicals you make mention of because they will corrode your parts. This is a lot worse than failing an emissions test. Get your car serviced by a competent mechanic and don't take short cuts.

No, but Sodium Oxide Will help, this sounds weird but its my grandpas old trick sprinkle a little shake of sult under the hood to help along internal combustion, which pushes your car longer than normal, my grandpa uses this, and he is 93, he got his car at age 16, it was already 10 years old, making it a 1919, he hasn't changed anything and his car still runs, it has 783,215 miles on it!!!

NO it will only hurt stick a crowbar in your wallet and fix the car the right way. What won't it pass?

I'm doubting it...put in a full tank of E-85 and it may help. Good luck.
