No! It's an herb and they don't screen for that anyway.
People need to be more educated on drug screening, it's very expensive and they are only looking for illiegal drugs, i.e: Marijuana, Cocaine, Etc. Each and every test can be costly.

The worst it will do is calm you down enough to fall asleep. Of course you will have stinky breath from the valerian root. It is some stinky stuff. Take a moment and breathe. Long deep breaths help the body to relax. You will be just fine. If your condition worsens get proper medical help. Alex

I doubt it. Valerian is not a narcotic. If you are worried about it take the bottle with you when you go for your drug test, and let them see it. Chances are it won't show up at all.

It really won't matter it is a root/vitamin. Just tell them you take it. What they are looking for is alcohol or drugs anyways.

They won't test for it. I work for a major airline and they test for weed, coke, ecstacy...you know, the things like that...not anything that's legal!
