It can be underarm lymph node swelling (sometimes caused by Hodgkins disease or a few other things) or it can be breast cancer. You should definitely have it checked out. My mom had this and it turned out to be a lymph node problem that was corrected by surgery.

Not trying to scare you or anything, but under your arm pit area is where a large number of lymph nodes are, and any type of ongoing pain in your lymph nodes should be checked out as soon as possible for the presence of cancer. Check with your doctor ASAP. Good Luck.

If you havn't strained a musle than I would say you need to get it checked out by a Dr. I'm not trying to scare you but it could be something serious. Or it could just be a swolen gland under your arm.. either way I'd get it checked out to make sure.

I've had it too - might be caused by inflammation of lymph nodes. If there's a lump or lumps, see a doc right away. If it seems to come and go with your menstrual cycle, it's probably hormonal and harmless.

It might simply be strained muscles, or it might be something else like inflamed lymph nodes. Only a doctor can tell for sure what's going on.
Good luck!

You should really consult a doctor regarding this it could be something minor. Or it could be a clogged hair follicle either way you need to speak with someone who knows what they are doing.

Could be the deodorant that you are using. It can cause you lyphnodes to get inflamed do to the amount of aluminum in it. Aluminum is an anti-persperant, but it can cause problems.
