Its called heterochromia, and has to do with the amount of pigmentation in each eye. Most likely it is inherited. See this site for more information... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Heterochromia
One thing for sure, it IS unique, so you should be proud of that!

well my brother has a blue right eye and a brown left eye,,this was the result of an accident when he was very young ,my other brother and he were playing cowboys and Indians and my brother shot him in the eye with a stick and it went in his eye.hes blind in the eye the stick went in.

my Dad had a green eye and a brown eye, sometimes you could hardly tell, but sometimes one was very dark brown and the other very bright green, that's when you had to stay away from him, he would get really weird

The very hot and very famous singer, David Bowie has one blue eye and one brown.
It looks cool!
