Having your tubes tied doesn't stop your periods. I think you must be thinking of a hysterectomy when you no longer have periods after that surgery. But you should see a doctor for what ever your problem is, you really don't say.

my periods are still the same too. my tubes are tied and when they are you will still have your period. if there is a real problem I would make an appoinment with your docter, just to be on the safe side. if you think you maybe be pregnat even though your tubes are tied, that can happen too. best thing is to make and appoinment.

Just because your tubes are tied does not mean ur period would change or stop. you will have it til you either have a hysterectomy or hit menopause. its just part of being a women and if you still have thoughts or questions ask your health care provider. (0.0)

I am not sure as to what you are asking but if you are referring to heavy bleeding on your period, I feel for you! There is a solution now though and it only takes 90 seconds and it ends periods! If you are referring to heavy bleeding, check out this website: http://www.novasure.com/ then have a chat with your OB/GYN.

what way?

i don't understand... having your tubes tied doesn't make your period stop, it just keeps eggs that are released from entering your fallopian tubes, keeping you from being able to get pregnant.
