Spawn. Because no matter how much carnage you inflict, there is always some form of life that rises (Spawns) from the debris of death.
The only thing that can conquer all life is some form of ultimate annihilation. Like an all consuming fire that torches the planet faster than bacteria can reproduce. (In a split second)

I really like carnage, but spawn is just too powerful. carnage at most can maybe do some short-range attacks and shoot a few projectiles, but Spawn can do much, much more. Just read the comics.

Spawn he can do anything he wants with his suit and carnage is the physical form of the symbonite costume

nether they would start fighting and then when the symbiont that was on carnage knew that spawn would kick their a$$ it would leave it's host and take over spawn creating some uber spawn

carnage he is a symbiote and can not be fully destroyed and he can make weapons from his symbiote as well
