Don't know about a wed site but you can read the directions right there on the box or there is an instruction sheet in every box I've bought....Hope that helps :)

I am saying what they are why it is on the box but ne way if you have to have a website the website probably can be found on the box too

buy a box of Tampax tampons and there's a small manual that is included which tells you step by step how to insert a tampon...

When I was young enough for it to matter, they came packaged with a sheet of instructions in every box. Not EVERYTHING needs to be done on the computer, you know!
