De-salination is what you are talking about. A lot, a real lot for that, then you have to have pumps and a pipeline to deliver the water. A lot more money. Then you will have to have security to protect your pipeline and plant. Then you will have to fend off the lawsuits from the environmentalists. A whole lot more money.
