Bad list. Simpson and Hilton shouldn't even be considered. Sure, they're fine, but sexy needs to have at least half a brain. Jessica Alba should be on the list. So should Scarlet Johanson (sp?).
Of your list, I'd pick Biel. Of a list containing Biel, Beyonce, Alba, and Johanson, I'd pick Alba.
