Since as individuals we have the right to our own personal moral, conscience, and religious rights, should we not sue the government for forcing laws on us without regard for individual freedoms?
As long as we do not violate anothers rights to life, liberty, or happiness, we should be able to whatever we want, when we want.
If laws are forced upon us, ie.. seatbelt, helmet, insurance, going through red lights at 3am, etc...before any public crisis is established, is that not a case of vioaltion of personal freedom?
