Heres my situation. I am 24 6'1 157 lbs and never been more then 160 lbs my entire life. I do not have any medical condition that prevents me from gaining weight ( although I have had several specialist tell me that i have been "blessed" with an extremely fast metabolism) I dont find it much of a blessing if you ask me. I do strength training all the time and eat 7 full meals a day with no luck ( not junk food its good whole foods) I really think ill just give up and accept that ill be this my whole life im sure. Being then and a guy is hell for having women being atracted to you id almost rather be fat. Any other guys dealing with this or if you found a solution please share. Thanks for the input.

It seems like you are not eating enough protein. Ifyou are doing weights, you should eat 1 gm per body pound of protein - ie 157 gms. You should eat at least 5 meals or servings a day with no more than 30gms of protein per meal/serving. A chicken breast has about 18gm of protein and a whole egg about 8 gm. Make sure you drink enough water - 2,000 - 3,000 cc a day. Good luck

I had the same prob. So I started eating lots of steak and porkchops.gained weight finally.6"1 205lbs. Now I have to take lipitor for high colesterol and am only 29. after 30 metabolisem usually slows,youll gain a lot of weight then.
