It's quite possible. A tracert shows both sites going through Cyberverse.net as their ISP. Also, as the above poster showed, a WHOIS does show that they are both registered through TUCOWS, unfortunately it doesn't show who the registrant is or I could tell you for sure whether they are related or not.
