i was raped back in april 2005 and now this man is going around town telling people im on meth. and my atty. called me today requesting a hair follicle test so we can present it to the court during civil trial i dont have anything to hide but was wondering about this test i have had 3 bouts with cancer and im tiny and im 41 so thats why this "man" thinks he can say this stuff please help i want to know all i need to before i agree to this test he was wrong and i still have to prove myself. not fair in ok.

It depends on the "drugs" ingested... some have longer "residuals" than others... if I were you, I'd seek an "off-the-record" consutation with a leading pharmocologist or someone who actually does that kind of testing but doesn't reside in your area. There are also sites that offer this kind of information on "street drugs" as well as those commonly "prescribed" by doctors. You may want to conduct a Google seach of this, i.e., "street drug information"

As long as you haven't cut your hair or lost your hair during cancer since the rape, your hair will show whether or not there are drugs. Hair grows at a very consistant rate. So if your cancer was at a different time than the rape, it will show up at a differnt spot.

Why can't you just do what your attourney says?
