Be confident in yourself and invite one of the men to join you for lunch. Sometimes you need to take the pressure off the situation and give him an easy way to ask you out. In this case, he would be able to do that by reciprocating your invitation and asking you out to dinner or to a movie.
Just make sure you have a good conversation during this lunch and ask him leading questions about food, movies, favorite activities, etc so that he has some idea of what he can do on a date with you. That way he can come up with a reason to ask you out, too.

I know that I sure appreciate it when a woman makes the first move. Some guys are abjectly terrified of rejection. This may be the case. If you don't make the first move then you'll never know what might've been.

Wear a tank top with " I ALWAYS SAY YES"
in rhinestones...the guys will wonder what you say "yes" to, and start talking to you...they really may be afraid of you! Good looking people do not have an easy time of it in the world...too many guys are terrified of the word, NO>

A lot of people are intimidated to ask someone out, afraid of being rejected, even if they know you are single. They just cant handle rejection all that well. So yes if you really find that you are attracted to someone dont be frightened just ask them out yourself.
