I just put this answer to your other posting:

find the registering for the car rental websites, they send u better deals than coupons can give you. Budget, hertz, alamo, enterprise, avis all email you on a regular basis with specials that are lower than the discount that they would give you with your AAA/Sams club or any other discount card......also use a travel search engine like kayak.com, yahootravel.com, sidestep.com to gain the best price in a pinch...after you have made your internet reservation, call the company and give them your AAA info so they can adjust your price even further (but u must make your own internet reservation first because that will be cheaper than the price they normally quote over the phone)
