personally, I would never do that. Legally, it all depends on the state laws. In some states if one parent has the child lie about abuse and is caught/suspected the other parent automatically gets custody during the process. Bottom line, your children learn more from your actions than your words. If you want your children to believe that integrity is important you use the truth to get your way not lies.

Sure you can make a kid lie in court if you don't mind raising a liar for a son or daughter. The catch is they won't stop lying when you leave the court. Once mommy or daddy say it's OK to lie, you'll never outgrow that.

i feel that things like this happens quite a lot. if the child is living with one of the parents, and that parent is really fond of the kid, then he/she would not let the child go under any circumstance. if the parent does not love the kid, he/she would keep the child just so that's he/she can use the child support or other benefits!

Well my mum never made us lie... In fact whenever my mum and dad split up the social worker had to make my mum tell us our dad had left... Just goes to show how much he was there that after 3 months we hadn't realised he was kicked out of the house.

oh yes, but more and more courts are talking to children in chambers without parents there. I don't know how it works, if they have attorneys present, or a child advocate or what.

i think of mothers and fathers could be careful as to how faith is obtainable to their infants. enable me provide you an occasion. while i became into approximately 9 years previous, my mothers and fathers started taking my sister and me to a small u . s . church. This church became into very necessary: the Bible became into the literal, inerrant reality of God and that they even have been given into that hearth and brimstone stuff. i began out to get into that stuff, and by my late youngsters, i became into actually afraid of burning in Hell for respiratory the incorrect way. No toddler could ever have that concern instilled in them. i'm no longer badmouthing my mothers and fathers via saying this, for it relatively wasn't their fault. It became into the individuals on the church rather than them who led to me to be like this. If I ever have infants, i visit teach them approximately faith, yet very heavily. i visit not at all say "you're a Christian" or "you're a Muslim" or perhaps "you're an atheist/agnostic." the alternative would be theirs. Plus, they are going to be unfastened to inquire from me question approximately something they have subject concerns with. it is how faith could study. No toddler could be indoctrinated. Oops, forgot to tell you my faith. the terrific thank you to describe me might probable be Deist.
