Someone in my familly has a very high IQ and is very boring, insensitive and un-creative. On the other hand I know people with limited "conventional" intelligence but with treasures of human qualities. Very inteligent people could lead humanity to self destruction. Low IQ people can lead happy lives and make others happy.
It depends who sets the priority.

That basically happens. It's not very fair. When a lower functioning person gives birth usually their children are put into foster care even though the parents really love their kids. They would benefit from a live in nurse and keeping their kids at home. (i'm talking about mentally challanged people).

No they shouldn't...in Nazi Germany!!! Why stop there? Why don't we just kill all the unintelligent people? Think about it. If they aren't allowed to reproduce, stupid people would eventually be wiped off the face of the planet. If the world was only filled with smart people, who would do the meaningless mind-numbing jobs?

If they really want babies, a sure sign of low IQ, they should have them.
Maybe its like just that they have to have enough, maybe a good body and surging hormones or something. Smart people don't have babbies at all. Why would we want them?
