How do I get my computer to recognize my ipod?

Put your USB cord connecting to your iPod and the computer and make sure you have iTunes. It should work then...

You have to have itunes that's the only way to upload music, videos, ect... to your ipod.

try downloading itunes first? with the cd u got with ur ipod.

if yo uhave a PC make sure its formatted for a PC or if you have a mac make sure its formatted for a mac
