From my own experience, it seems like the more I follow God, the more people try to get me off track.When I ignore the urge, I am blessed with good things. If you do get off track, don't be so hard on yourself and ask for forgiveness. You should express your feelings to the people getting on your nerves. When you hold things in, that is when it may become harmful not only to others, but for yourself. Pray for things to turn in your favor and I will too. Take care and I pray everything turns in your favor.
