Shooters is located on the West Bank of the Flats; directly across the river from Downtown Cleveland. Shooters is right on the water and is the BEST restaurant/bar with views of the Cleveland skyline. Its interior is a little dated and the food is a little pricey (for a casual place), however the deck seating on the river is fantastic and the food is good.
Shooters is next to - and within walking distance to the Nautica Entertainment Complex which is a building that houses a piano bar, comedy venue, micro-brewery, city sightseeing tours on Lolly the Trolley, restaurant, and billiard hall - so a complete evening on the West Bank of the Flats is entirely possible and a lot of fun.
You can't really walk there from downtown - but cabs will take you there no problem. If you are driving - there is plenty of parking available. Or if you are boating up to shooters - you can dock right at that place.
The crowd on a great summer night is a lot of fun, definately go no matter where you are in Greater Cleveland.
