I have them, they seem to develop as you get older. Don't know if women like them. My late Grandfather had them and they bothered him, he thought the pills the doctor had prescribed had caused them. He did not like the fact that he was developing what he called boobs.

Men who have enlarged breasts are more apt to get breast cancer. Breast cancer for men is not a well advertised issue. It does exist! If you have enlarged breasts you should always do breast exams and if you ever detect a lump or change in the color of your nipples or are leaking fluids you should immediately see your doctor.
