well i don't quite understand, but this is my answer. no matter if 1 persn is in amerca and the other is in europe or Africa (were ever they r) you can talk live with yahoo IM(instant messanger) and to E-mail them just get an E-mail address and write them an E-mail as long as you have there address. (for exsample my E-mail address is sidesadle11@yahoo.com) You know so if your asking a question on yahoo you most likely have a Yahoo account. Wich meens you have yahoo IM and most likely a Yahoo E-mail address.

You can email them anytime you like,or talk to them on msn or yahoo. Failing that you could pick up the phone

just get their email address. If you're still in touch you must knmow where they work, where they live etc. You could also try to find their tel no on the net. and just give them a ring

Register and your friend in the USA can register too. Its all free and you will need a webcam and a mike.you can then talk to him live for free for as long as you want and as often as you want.
